One of the things that, as a mother, I am most thankful for right now is how much my boys adore one another.
It is such a delight to see them loving and enjoying one another. My heart sings when Little Guy carefully shuts the gate, so the baby won't escape up the stairs, or when Buddy Boy follows his brother from room to room in a mad dash crawl. I love it when Buddy Boy laughs in glee at Little Guy's goodnight kisses, and when they paw through a box of trains together. It makes me so happy that Little Guy wants to accompany Buddy Boy to his diaper changes and holds his hand over the edge of the changing table. Even Buddy Boy's insistence that he accompany Little Guy to his potty breaks is a sweet reminder of their affection for one another. It may not always be this way, but for now, they are the best of brothers. And that is a great blessing!
