Our fair city has had its share of natural disasters lately, and then some.
We spent the hurricane weekend finding indoor entertainment, which meant a return trip to the Playseum.
And an evening at the Portrait Gallery.{model baby}
But after the storm, there's always the rainbow.
It's warm enough yet to dip our toes in the fountains.
And enjoy the mist of our "sprinklers."And splash ourselves silly.
But our late summer, popsicle-slurpin' days are dwindling. We've already had our last pool day {during which Little Guy asked me if the ground would be moving again that day, since we had experienced the earthquake poolside}.
Soon, we'll be back to just our ordinary urban adventures. But there's plenty of good in that, too.
I guess I can get on board with the season change.

Ohmygoodness, the last picture of Andrew totally reminds me of the (original) cover of the book Never Tease a Weasel.

Cute!
They play so well--and JF does look just like a sculptor's idea of a baby! Get Nana to tell you about the little carpooler who wanted to know if they would be learning a poem again!
Andrew's froggy rain slicker is too cute - where did you find it?
Loved all the pictures right down to the little toes!
oh my goodness, sorry for all the natural disasters, but Andrew asking if the ground was going to move again was really cute. Glad you're all well and survived the craziness
Please write a children's book, E. It's time to put those talents to even MORE good use!! :) LOVE YOU!
