I'm changing things up around here. You may have noticed the new look. It's a bit cleaner and has room for mondo pictures. I rather like it, and hope you do too!
In the sidebar, you'll find pictures of the three men in my life, with their new blog nicknames. I've long thought that if I were starting over with the blog, I'd use nicknames for all of us. Recently, I decided that I'll give it a try, even without starting over. So, Andrew will be Little Guy; John Fletcher will be Buddy Boy; and Jacob will be The Mister. Guess that makes me The Missus, but since I don't go in for a lot of writing about myself in 3rd person, you probably won't be seeing that one much.
I'm even thinking of changing our blog title to one without our family name in it, but haven't yet been able to come up with the right title. If you've got any ideas, please feel free to share them in the comments!

Reading about your visit to the doctor and the accident outside reminds me of how much we have to be thankful for everyday. I'm so glad you and John Fletcher were safe and sound. You are doing everything exactly right and you are a wonderful mother. Love your blogs--they're priceless!
