The tights go over or under the onesie?
The bloomers go over the tights?
Buttons go in front or back?
It's a whole new world daddy-ing a girl.
And while I don't want Baby Girl Google-able just yet, I don't mind sharing her name.
I have a feeling you may have figured it out soon, anyway. ;)
For going home, we did a little something old, something new, something borrowed...but nothing blue. The beautiful gown was shared with us by a dear friend. And I had her bonnet made as soon as we found out we were having a girl! She loves it.
We were r-e-a-d-y to get this girlie home.
To reunite our family of five.
We buckled her into our now chock-a-block full backseat, she snuggled down for a sleepy ride, and we were off to her first home! When the Mister and I moved into our little downtown apartment, fresh out of law school, we didn't even contemplate bringing one baby home to it. It seemed like a fun place to live for a bit before we settled into family life. But now our third baby is sleeping in the little bassinette next to our bed in the middle of DC. How richly we have been blessed!
