okay...even though our pediatrician has told me to be encouraging the use of a spoon, i just can't bring myself to do it!! i have this terrible fear of the huge mess that will inevitably happen. perhaps I should just try it, huh? you're such an inspiration! :)
Oh, yeah, it was definitely messy. Still is. And a lot of times, he uses the spoon for a few bites and then digs in with his hands.
Why don't you try the spoon when a bath is coming up next? Oh, and shirtless.
