"This week, your baby measures over 16 inches long. He weighs about 3.3 pounds (try carrying four navel oranges) and is heading into a growth spurt. He can turn his head from side to side, and his arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath his skin. He's probably moving a lot, too, so you may have trouble sleeping because your baby's kicks and somersaults keep you up. Take comfort: All this moving is a sign that your baby is active and healthy."
Yes, Baby Andrew is definitely moving a lot--bouncing off the walls, in fact. I try to visualize what movements he is actually making in there, but it's hard to imagine how he moves so quickly and in so many different directions! I think we're going to have a boisterous little boy on our hands--and I can't wait!
Below is the newest picture I have of Baby. He was exactly 28 weeks gestation when it was taken--I've been waiting on the in-house engineer (Jacob) to install our new printer/scanner, so I could post it. Isn't he cute? The curly-cue think you see in the background is the umbilical cord. Pretty cool, huh?
I returned to the doctor Monday, since I'm now on the 2-week visit rotation. Dr. G took another peek at Andrew and he's still breech. Chances of a flip are now about 30%, so it's looking more and more like December 16 will be the day!
In mommy news, Dr. G sent me to an orthopedist to check out the intense back pain I've been having the past few months. The orthopedist has put me in physical therapy, and I'm very hopeful that this will make the difference!

He is VERY VERY Cute!!!! I'm ready to see a color picture of him now! Make sure Jacob knows how to post pix on this thing so we will get to see him as soon as he is born! Love to all three of you
